  • Review and approve all work provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure you have the rights to use all content, materials, and information shared with us for use in your website or marketing campaigns.
  • Comply with any third-party service provider terms (e.g., hosting companies, payment processors).

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices: All projects will be invoiced based on the agreed scope of work.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion or before the website goes live, whichever comes first.
  • Late Payments: Any payments not made within 14 days of the invoice due date may incur a late fee of 5%. We reserve the right to suspend work or access to services until payment is received in full.

5. Project Scope

The project scope is defined in the client agreement and includes all work outlined during the proposal phase. Any additional features, revisions, or services requested outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges. A written agreement will be made for any changes to the original scope.

6. Revisions

Our web design projects typically include a specific number of revisions, as stated in the client agreement. Any further revisions beyond the allocated amount will be subject to additional fees.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Client-Initiated Termination: If you choose to terminate the project after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point. The deposit will not be refunded.
  • Service Provider-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client fails to meet obligations, such as providing content or making payments in a timely manner.

8. Website Launch and Delivery

Once the project is complete and the final payment has been received, the website will be launched or handed over to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to provide final approval of the website before it goes live. Any changes made after the website launch may incur additional fees unless a maintenance agreement is in place.

9. Ownership of Website and Content

Upon full payment, ownership of the website design, source code, and content will be transferred to the client. However, any third-party elements (e.g., WordPress themes, plugins, stock images) used in the project may be subject to their own licensing terms. The client will be responsible for adhering to those terms.

10. Website Hosting

If we provide website hosting services, they will be billed separately from web design services unless otherwise stated. We will not be liable for any downtime, server issues, or data loss caused by third-party hosting providers.
